  Very lovely Nespresso store- staff and interior are both excellent! And there’s no better coffee than Nespresso, come on!

  I tried to buy 2x10 capsules in a nespresso vending machine. The machine delivered nothing. After spending 30' with the customer service, they decided to do a refund of the 12€ that has costed. Two weeks after they send me a ****** SMS saying that unfortunately they are not able to do any refund. (without reason). Get your freacking 12€. Choke yourself with them.

  Very friendly staff, very nice layout 2 levels shop. All nespresso devices, spare parts, coffee flavors are there. Upon purchasing from the shop, you can go to the upper floor, having a complementary espresso drink with the flavor you like, served by a very friendly shop staff. To my knowledge, this is 1 of 3 nespresso shops available all over Germany.
