::Quick appointments and friendly ladies on the phone. Worked very reliably. Hardly waited. Very friendly nice doctor. The only thing I thought was a shame: there was really no time taken for questions. In, 30 seconds of ultrasound, out. I would have liked it to be a little different. Even though I understand that such run-of-the-mill cases are perhaps the order of the day, everyone has individual concerns and fears that need to be discussed.

::I had an emergency appointment on Friday October 20th, 2023 When I got the appointment on 116 117 and the lady on the phone said it was in the MVZ, I didn't think anything good. And that's how it was. As from my experience with the MVZ, it is just pure mass processing. There is a sign at the registration desk, it would be very nice if the patients approached the nurses politely at the registration desk. Well, we should start with the sisters themselves.!!! My conclusion is, never go there again. The purest catastrophe. I was glad I got out of there. I was appointed to Dr. hatchet, and was not at all satisfied. There was no proper consultation with the doctor, they didn't ask me what symptoms I had. Ultrasound, done. The doctor had no interest in the examination at all. Best not to ask questions, which he didn't. Handed in the medication plan I brought with me at the registration desk and the doctor asked me whether I have a medication plan. Huh!!! I also didn't get any information as to whether the findings would be forwarded to my family doctor. This practice doesn't even deserve 1 star. Unfortunately ! Best regards S. Boigk

::Went to the MVZ today as an emergency and the examinations took place very promptly. It was only when we asked after waiting more than 2.5 hours that we actually had a consultation with the doctor after 3 hours. Clear conclusion: NEVER again

::Perfect in all areas known to me! I think the practice (doctors and staff) is absolutely recommended. Not only in terms of medical quality, but also what the helpers at the reception do. My wife had another appointment for cardiological monitoring today (February 27, 2023). Waiting time, like several times before, less than 10 minutes!! So no exception. Appointment August 5th, 2023 almost no waiting time (5 minutes) When it comes to scheduling appointments over the phone, it can actually take a bit of time to reach an employee (it can take as little as 20 minutes). I can confirm the procedure described in the reviews for making an appointment with one of the treating doctors. As soon as the appointment was confirmed by the treating doctor, the practice called me (sometimes the next day) and confirmed the planned appointment. So no complaints. For the last appointment on August 4th, 2023, I received a reminder email 1 day before and on the day of the examination with information about any preparations that may be necessary. I like it. My special thanks to Dr. Nagengast for his detailed, friendly explanations of his investigation, which I can describe as perfect. (He is now mentioned by name in the medical team on the practice's website, but still without a photo) As was pleasantly noticed years ago, the practice ensures that the same doctor is always “booked”. The small, fresh flower arrangement in the waiting area is also very pleasant.
