::Erst eine Stunde versucht jemanden beim Doktor Stubner ans Telefon zu bekommen, dann ist eine Dame ran gegangen. Hat sich nicht vorgestellt und in einem so respektlosen lauten Ton gesprochen, dass mir schlecht wurde. Hier fehlt es definitiv an Personal im Empfang, die Damen sind sehr gestresst und teilweise überfordert. Tut mir schon fast leid.
