Department of Neurology inadequate. I've been waiting for the results of a genetic diagnostic test for 6 months now. The first blood sample was sent to the wrong laboratory and was therefore not used, which I only found out about after I actively asked about it 4 months later. Apologies from the doctor. Nothing. So I had to go back to Kassel in June for another blood sample, the second blood sample for the correct laboratory from June was not recorded at all when I asked the MVZ today. The employee was completely clueless, the last visit in the system is from February. Then called the laboratory directly - nothing was found either. Health insurance company informed about billing review, official complaint filed.

You make an appointment for an MRI, then you come and no one is there. They say they have a meeting and it takes time. Can't you call and let them know? You can get appointments for an MRI so quickly. Might throw up.

I can highly recommend the neurology department at "MVZ Gesundheit Nordhessen", the doctor there (Mrs. Antje Forster 👩🏼‍⚕️) is extremely competent and very friendly. After a detailed anamnesis and (including radiological) examination, she initiated drug therapy, thanks to which I am now virtually symptom-free again.

Extremely poorly organized, registration is understaffed and half of the patients wait in the wrong queue for a long time due to cryptic signage, only to then get back in the hopefully correct queue. How do you know that registration means A1 Neurology? You find out by chance after queuing for 20 minutes. It's all very unprofessional.
