Then came the statement that you CANNOT repair it, you would have to send the device in. I refused. Device was reassembled. Then the conclusion: You also have new devices there or even used ones. I refused. Then you got 20 euros for 15 minutes! I left the business. At home I opened the device myself and noticed a broken solder joint on a potentiometer. I soldered these. Result: device works again. Thanks for nothing, Musikhaus Oehme! Unfortunately we won't see each other again.
