::Da mir keine andere Möglichkeit geboten wurde, das Studio vorher von innen anzusehen, absolvierte ich neulich ein Probetraining für 10 €. Zuerst fiel mir der zwar geräumige, aber recht verstaubte Umkleidebereich negativ auf. Der Trainingsbereich ist gut aufgeteilt, macht aber insgesamt einen sehr abgenutzten Eindruck. Ich musste vier Fitnessräder ausprobieren, bis ich eines gefunden hatte, das weder quietschte, noch alle Teile dran hatte und der Kopfhörer-Anschluss funktionierte. Dann machte ich mich an die Geräte, die in einem passablen Zustand sind. An einem späten Vormittag war kaum etwas los, erst ab Mittag kam Leben in die Bude, wahrscheinlich weil es für diese Zeit verbilligte Tarife gibt. An das propagierte Handy-Verbot hielt sich kein einziger und es wurde mehrmals laut telefoniert. Der Duschbereich war okay. Insgesamt sind mir die Monatstarife für das Gebotene zu hoch. Angenehm sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze vor der Tür und die Option der Tarife ohne Vertrag, z.B. Zehnerkarte für 119 €.

::I visited this Munich Gym and became a member when it first opened. I came to live in Munich from Los Angeles at that time and was in town for the construction and the grand opening. They have a very international and diverse clientele. I found it to be a great place for networking and helpful with getting around town. The members are awesome, the staff is terrific and its in a great location near the train. In addition to that, the facilities are always super clean which being a neat freak, I love. If there is ever something that's not working it's usually fixed that day! The management, front desk people and personal trainers are all super nice, friendly , funny and helpful. They offer a variety of group fitness classes that are actually fun to be apart of. I was super impressed with the bar and the overall feel of the facility. I really like the classes they offer too. I always found one or two that I truly needed. I am back in the U.S. now but I must say, The Munich Gym was my home away from home and one of the best addition to my time in Germany . All in all, totally recommend this gym!

::Genau dass was ich gesucht habe! War lange Zeit bei den großen Studios wo ich mir immer wie eine Nummer vorkam. Nicht so hier! Da ich nicht immer top motiviert bin geh ich trotzdem ins Munichgym, denn ich weiss falls ich nicht so effektiv trainiere sind immer nette Mitarbeiter und Kunden ( muss schon fast sagen Freunde, den so ungefähr füllt sich dass an) da. Mit den man auch mal nur Quatschen kann sei es über die neusten Techniktrends oder auch nur über weggehmöglichkeiten:). Also wer ein Gym sucht wo er nicht nur wegen dem Training hingeht, sonderem auch soziale Kontakte knüpfen und pflegen mag, ist im Munichgym genau richtig! Ps der Cappuccino ist sensationell und aus einer Siebträgermaschine:)

::My opinion may be biased since this is the only gym I ever attended but this place has everything you'd be looking for in a gym. Just a pleasing experience all around. You just go in, do your thing, maybe chat a little with the other gym goers or the nice staff and then walk out. Also the hygiene standard is very high and it has quite a sterile yet homely feel to it.
