::Friendly and responsive company until they received the order. Arrived over half an hour too late for the move, van too small ("The boss lent the big one, that's why we have to take it!"), All furniture was known and agreed, but there were still renegotiations ("We won't take it with us. Doesn't work . Does not fit in the transporter. "). Unfortunately a rather unfavorable packing variant; first all the boxes in the new apartment, then the cupboards in front of it. The damaged furniture was reported promptly + inquiry by phone; suddenly you're just grumpy, assuming that we caused the damage ourselves and have not responded to anything since then. Seriously different, what else do a company have an insurance for (if you have one ...) that covers exactly such damage !?

::Preferably no star at all. Hobby furniture packer. Damage caused should be regulated, never heard of again, no reaction after repeated contact. Really bad!
