  My family and friends liked the location near the messe and walkable from the main train station. The heated floors in the bathroom are a plus. The service was excellent even though we were pretty loud. Everyone was very nice. I would recommend this hotel.

  This hotel is focused towards the business traveler with its conference facilities but also comfortable for the leisure traveler. There are good amenities and the hotel is clean with very accommodating staff. I requested a heater for the room as it was taking a while for the room to hear up. They asked I needed anything else and told me is have the items in 10 minutes which they stuck to. Definitely worth a stay.

  Is in a very good position for people who want to visit the Ambiente in Frankfurt and at the same time visit the skyline shopping center, also in a walking distance you can reach the Frankfurt Central Train Station which you can go anywhere you like. The staff was very friendly as well as the service very good. I would like to sagest them to add in their bar menu couple of light dishes for people arriving late and want to have something light, such as sandwiches etc.

  You knowingly gave us a smoking suite which had been scented heavily upon our arrival. You just put a non smoking sigh on a table and let us in. Later at night when the scent faded and we took showers the whole room smelled like an opium den. The worst experience I've had in Frankfurt which I visit every year since 2000 and I stay in a different hotel every time - by choice. We were there for important business for a day so we didn't make a fuss. Had it been otherwise I would have made a scene at the front desk.

  Nice room, and the hotel was kind enough to upgrade us from family room to junior suite. Location is just OK. Hotel is nice and modern. We were originally charged an extra 100 euros for a "business package" we didn't request. That basically gave you breakfast. We were four, so that's a breakfast buffet for 25 euro a person - which is pretty outrageous, considering many German hotels include a breakfast buffet in the price! We didn't have time for breakfast in any case, so we had them remove the charge.
