I think it's a combination of envy and ineptitude that his reactions provoke. Until I gave up, I tried 2-3 times to get higher quality products or services from him. The monologues always start with the fact that he himself owns quite a few (10-20) expensive bicycles. Unfortunately, you do not receive any factual, serious information. A business that covers a market for the simplest bicycles and the simplest service has absolutely its right to exist. We have now understood that, as ambitious cyclists, we cannot expect anything there. The only bad thing is the unworthy treatment that is then given to you. The experience was very depressing.
