    I felt very comfortable in the Hohenurach 1 clinic. The nursing staff, the doctors and the therapists worked together very purposefully and professionally for my well-being. The therapies were helpful and supported my rehab process very well. The food and service were perfect! I found a friendly approach and support very pleasant. I felt safe in the current Corona situation. The hygiene and distance rules were implemented very well and professionally by the staff. Thank you for your helpful support in my recovery. What was annoying was the constant logging into the WiFi. I was fine with it, but older or disabled patients struggled with it. There is a clear need for improvement here Uli Weiss

    I am evaluating for my aunt who does not have an account and who was in Clinic 2 for three weeks after a knee operation. For me the thing with the WLAN is absolutely impossible. You pay a lot of money for nothing. Mostly older patients should type in a miserably long user code and then a given password, which consists of digits, numbers, upper and lower case and special characters and which can be read in miniature on a piece of paper. What would still be possible if you had help and clicked, you want to stay logged in. Congratulations, because after 30 minutes you are automatically logged off and the procedure starts all over again. Mind you, with the constant notice that the network is unsecured and that the data could be accessed by unauthorized persons. That's what you like to pay for. After a query, we received the answer that the problem was known. For years. Apparently you just admire the problem a little. The clinic is in a beautiful location, the doctors were super nice in my aunt's case and the treatment was okay. A lot of things are difficult due to the corona, but nobody can do anything about that. The prices in the cafeteria are excessive, unfortunately only having one person at the kiosk who is responsible for everything is not a good idea. The concept of registration at the entrance is unfortunately for the cat - everyone walks in and out, they - very, very friendly! - Ladies at the reception cannot master the situation without help. My aunt loved the food! In the dining room, however, a lady was responsible at the buffet, who does her job lovelessly and moaned at patients. Actually, we would have wanted to give one more star, but I think the thing with the WLAN is so borderline that I am very annoyed, because treating a known problem so loosely is simply not possible.

    In July 2021, after a back operation, I was in orthopedics in House 2 for almost 4 weeks. The rooms are clean, well-kept and you won't miss anything. I was extremely happy with how the rehab went. The therapy plan was balanced and suited me well. The whole therapy area makes a bright, friendly impression and is well equipped. At first I thought I could praise individual employees in the evaluation, but it turned out that without exception all employees and therapists, nurses and doctors with whom I had dealt were excellently qualified and had also hit the right wavelength on a human level one felt better afterwards. A big thank you for this again. The kitchen and dining room service also deserve my highest praise. I will recommend you wherever I can

    From May 10th to May 31st, 2021 I was in the Hohenurach specialist clinics for a rehabilitation measure. On the whole, I found the stay pleasant. Differences that keep coming up were clarified on the spot with the people or departments involved, or I submitted them to the internal assessment. Special times require special behavior and situations. I would like to give the clinic and the employees four stars, not much was missing from five stars.

    Very nice treatment. Great therapist. I was discharged 98 percent cured after a stroke after a 3 week stay.
