::It was one of the worst places I’ve ever been to due to their lack of service! I arrived there and was waiting for someone to show me where to set but nobody came, so I sat down on of the available tables and waited for ca.15 min for someone to give me the menu -knowing that the place wasn’t crowded- but no one came to us, but they placed people came after us and hand them the menu and took their orders as well!!! After trying to call one of the waitresses for more than once to get the menu/place an order, one of them came as if she wasn’t willing to and told us in a rude tone that we were sitting on a table for 4 while we were only two and that we have to wait so she can go talk to someone else! -knowing also that there were other people sitting on tables that were for 4 people while they were only 2 PLUS there weren’t enough tables for only two people-!!! As the waitresses told us to wait even more, I left the place immediately!! -it was a clear act of racism!

::We decided to try here for breakfast . Menu in German only but staff happy to help . We waited 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order . Our drinks arrived quickly BUT NO FOOD . We waited further for over half an hour BUT NO FOOD We eventually asked where our food was but still NO FOOD . We paid for our drinks and left. The waitress was very apologetic and very nice I hope this was just an unfortunate bad experience as I see most reviews are good

::We went there before the pandemic during summer and it was fine. This time, 25th Nov 2023, staff were inattentive. We went around 16:30 and we could see many unoccupied tables but there were many people waiting to be seated. The staff were not assigned properly. Other restaurants in this size would have waitresses/waiters attending exclusively to certain numbers of tables. Tables were not even numbered. We waited 10 minutes to be seated, 10 minutes to be given menus. We ordered a soup, 1 cake, 1 coffee and a bottle of water. The cake and the soup were served after about 10 minutes. The coffee and water were served 25 minutes later. When we wanted to pay, we have to wave and wave for about 15 minutes. When a waiter came, he was charging us different orders. The place is children friendly though. They management only has to properly train their staff and be more organized as this restaurant is close to many worth-seeing places in Frankfurt.

::Great place, well priced, especially in a tourest area with lovely food and friendly staff. Kid friendly as well (2.5 year old). We came here for dinner. I’ve dined out quite a bit in Frankfurt and I found this menu to be more interesting than a lot of the other places that tend to have the same typical German meals. The food was light and refreshing and exactly what I was craving, having had schnitzels and lots of meat in the several days prior. I had some grilled salmon and it was delicious.

::What a wonderful space. A beautiful courtyard, with sun umbrellas and flowers. Super lunch menu with a varied choice of meats and vegetarian. Really great atmosphere. Staff friendly and very busy.
