  The hotel and room we're very tidy. Was a great location, around 10 minute walk into the town centre. Was a good breakfast spread with plenty of choice and lots of seating. Not the largest of bar areas and was a little busy when football was on but it wasn't overly loud and still pleasant to be in. The noise from the road out the front was a little bit loud however and the room felt hot at night. Opening the window would only make the noise worse so I opted to keep it close.

  Pre booked room. Once showing platinum status, I asked for an upgrade, but was given the same room with the argument that it was an upgraded room vs. telling this was not possible due to the hotel being full. Nothing to say in everything else, but welcoming at reception that evening was poor.

  Super Zimmer. Allerdings sollten Parken, Getränke und Essen etwas preiswerter gestaltet werden, um mich als Kunden erneut gewinnen zu können. Das Schwimmbad ist toll, allerdings umständlich im Nachbargebäude zu erreichen. Die Sauna sollte besser abgetrennt werden, um eine Entspannung überhaupt möglich zu machen. Aktuell ist die Lautstärke vom Schwimmbad zu hoch.

  Clean friendly hotel with a good swimming pool. Rooms are a good size and your always made to feel welcome. Nice hotel with big rooms, Good service in the bar as well.
