  On the upside it’s been fairly quiet for sleeping but the downside is the smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. Don’t know if it’s people smoking in their rooms or if it’s leftover from the fact this hotel used to allow smokers? The lobby advertised that it’s a non-smoking hotel.

  Very nice hotel, silent and cozy rooms (garden side), good breakfast, young and professional staff. Nice to hear your language at reception and in hotel bar. Mr.Blaž is one of the best young barmen i `we meet in last few years.

  A nice hotel close to the railway station (Hauptbahnhof). Quite expensive but that was probably due to the ongoing sports fair. Nice spacious rooms. A little nit too noisy where I stayed. Good breakfast where you can find something for your taste. Friendly staff and quick service.

  We lived the Mercure! The location is so convenient--the main train station is literally a 2 minute walk. The gentlemen at reception greeted us immediately, were so helpful in answering all of our questions, and offered us umbrellas! The rooms were quiet, very clean, the beds very comfortable! I would stay here anytime I came to Munich!

  The staff is very warm and welcoming. The rooms are large, updated and are kept quite clean. The bathrooms are updated and a good size too. There is a mini bar in the room which is very lightly stocked but complimentary which is a nice touch. The lighting and it's controls in the room could be better. Location - located only a few minutes away from the main central station. The hotel is located centrally but not the most swanky area of Munich.
