  Mein Urteil: Zimmer waren sauber, Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, Frühstück sehr gut, Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Kleine Kritikpunkte: Badezimmer etwas klein, keine richtigen Kleiderschränke, Decke des Pools dürfte mal renoviert werden. Aufgrund der sehr günstigen Unterkunftskosten sind trotzdem knapp 5 Sterne gerechtfertigt.

  Die Zimmer haben keinen Schrank, um Kleidung abzulegen, alles aus dem Koffer. Handtücher und Bademäntel kann man nirgends aufhängen, weder im Zimmer, noch im Bad. Das Mercure in Frankfurt a. M. war um einiges besser eingerichtet. Sehr hellhörig und laut, aber das liegt an Eltern, die Ihren Kindern ( toben um 22.00 Uhr wie die Irren durch die Flure) alles durchgehen lassen. Personal allerdings ist top, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Daher 3 Sterne.

  The hotel has clean rooms and is just located out of the center of Cologne. The city center is easy to reach with public transportation which is only a few minutes from the hotel. At night there is not that much noise but at the morning the guests who are leaving made a lot of noise, especially from the doors even with the door closed between the room and the hallway. There were plenty of options for the breakfast. We arrived at 09:40 at the breakfast and the staff were already cleaning up the buffet and were vacuum cleaning the room.
