  I had a really bad experience with the staff at the reception. In the check in she was really rude, and not professional, at some point I really thought she was insinuating really bad things over me, completely incompatible with a so self called 4 stars hotel. In the check out another person demanded that we talk to her when we left the hotel keys. She asked for feedback in a very rude way, when I gave the feedback regarding the internet (which never worked the whole time) she simply said: “ah yeah we know that” So why didn’t you fix it before? Room service entered at the door at 11:00, surprised we still there, she said: “oh you didn’t check out there” and waited at the door... check out was at 12:00

  Absolut furchtbar. Ich werde mit Sicherheit nicht mehr in dieses Hotel gehen!!! Ich konnte die halbe Nacht nicht schlafen, da Ruhezeiten hier offenbar nicht gelten. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber einiger Bars, die so laut Musik spielen, dass die Musik trotz geschlossener Fenster problemlos im Zimmer im 6. Stock zu hören ist! Ob das Hotel direkt was dafür oder dagegen tun kann sei mal dahingestellt, es bleibt aber dabei das ich nicht schlafen konnte und ich somit völlig übermüdet war!

  Buen hotel, atención, limpieza, accesos y cercanía a todo lo interesante en Colonia. Precio asequible. Recomendable para una corta estancia.

  Bien situado , buen desayuno, cómodas camas . Por poner alguna pega , en la zona de ascensores se notaba olor a cañerías.

  El hotel está muy bien ubicado, se puede acceder desde allí caminando a lugares emblemáticos que están a pocos minutos. En particular, la atención de la recepción es buena, pero la habitación que nos dieron tenía la ducha rota. Disculpas mediantes nos cambiaron de habitación por una superior que no tenía bañera y las consumiciones del frigobar, que eran gratis como atención, nunca las repusieron. El hotel se nota que ha sido remodelado hace poco tiempo. La habitación no cuenta con caja de seguridad. Igualmente, lo recomiendo.
