  Mercure was a 4 star rated hotel but services during our stay were not up to the mark. While the rooms are rather small, they had all the basic facilities and amenities. Was hoping for better room service as the rooms were never cleaned when we asked for them to be. Toiletries were not replaced adequately and bedsheets remained unchanged. The concierge however was helpful and knew the city well enough to get us around and direct us. Location of the hotel though is a plus. Just 2 minutes from the Frankfurt Main Station and very well connected to other parts of the city.

  A localização é Boa, perto da estação Central de Frankfurt deu para fazer tudo andando. Os arredores da estação assusta um pouco a noite. O hotel tem quartos com bom tamanho.

  Nette Mitarbeiter. Guter Roomservice. Alles sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist super. Von meiner Seite eine klare Empfehlung

  Tiene una muy buena ubicación,cerca de la estación de tren; las habitaciones son muy cómodas y agradables. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con una puerta que no cerraba y no querían cambiarla porque "no iba a entrar nadie", tuvimos que insistir mucho para conseguir el cambio.

  Lage super, Zimmer klein aber alles da und sauber. Aber Preis Leistung absurd; Frühstück für 17€ und dann drei Dinge zur Auswahl etc. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war leider nicht sehr freundlich, auch das hat mich bei dem Preis gestört. Was mir wirklich gut gefallen hat, war der Ausblick vom 7. Stock aus über die Skyline von Frankfurt ( Siehe Fotos).
