We booked this hotel specifically for the kids to have a pool after 9 hours of travel. The pool was closed and based on other reviews, perhaps it is often closed. When we asked we were not given much of an explanation or apology. They also did not have a baby bed for our room like we had requested. The rooms were nice and clean if basic. It is quite a walk from the train station with kids. Wish we had picked something closer to train if there was not going to be a pool. So hopefully this will help those of you trying to decide and you can pick something better. Service rating was updated to three stars because they brought a baby bed (after a second request) and a clean sheet (after a second request) which we put on the baby bed ourself, but they did get it to us before bedtime.

It's a reasonable hotel if you don’t look for too much luxury. For us, we only needed to sleep in a clean place, and location was important. This hotel exactly gives this to you. On the other hand, I would like their breakfast to offer more things like croissants, peanut butter, etc. Also, they should have an agreement with the parking garage under the hotel for a better price for the hotel guests.

Room fresh, but no space for toilet, knees up against wall hitting somerhing that has the text "made in (youknowwhat)". Also had to eat breakfast standing, plenty if unused tables, guess they were vip?

Hotel location is good. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are fine. Breakfast was good. But…. beds and pillows are much too soft!! Uncomfortable!

Hotel staff were very polite and friendly. Family room was a bit on the smaller side which made a 3 night stay quite claustrophobic, there was also a note to say room would only be cleaned every other day which wasn’t ideal. Car park charged us over £10 each day we left the car park which is very extortionate and if this was made clear we wouldn’t have stayed here. We prefer other chains within the Accor group.
