  A very rude and unprofessional approach to customers. Emails are never answered, phone calls are useless, and even the simplest requests are ignored.

  This is the worst and not a professional company that we encountered against our will We rented an apartment (Magdeburg) from a company and it was soon sold new company Melior Domus .... high tariffs for cold apartments .... not qualified Employees including the boss .... because of them I am waiting for my money for November until today February 25th ... Please do not contact this company as a full refund may not be made does no repairs. I am writing this from my own experience and I will continue to write

  I have had a very good experience with Melior Domus. Really open and strive for the tenant to find the best solutions. We have been renovating many apartments for years on behalf of Melior Domus, so I speak from experience that this administration / client / is very reliable and well organized.

  Best 0 stars. Never did such an incompetent and irresponsible company get under me. One occupies a telephone for four lean hour for all tenants of their administration buildings and their concerns. Post is not opened, e-mails are ignored and the phone also if you have a concern. Should one reach someone on the phone, one is confronted by concentrated inability.
