::HORRIBLE SERVICE! The Hotel canceled a reservation that we guaranteed with our credit card many months ago. They "offered" to move us - for the same price - to another poorly located hotel that was at an HOUR distance by foot in winter. But the price we paid was higher than what they are asking to new customers that were not canceled as we were. So they cancel and they offer to overcharge you. They refused to answer my messages for days. They still didn't respond. I never had such a horrible experience with Service in my life.

::The location of the place is great. Walkable distance from central bus station and train station. If you are travelling in budget and planning to get a hostel may be its good enough, but for single room that I booked it was way overpriced considering the facilities. You can book a much better hotel with atleast basic amenities at the same price.

::The hotel provides a quite decent comfortable stay, even that is a bit far from the city center. A very remarkable thing from our stay is that the elevator was out of service the whole weekend, which is completely unacceptable. I want to assume that was something exceptional. The breakfast was OK.

::Rooms were not bad and the people working there were really nice and helpful. We had a good time, breakfast was nice and tasty we also had a great time playing billiards and drinking beer. Unfortunately hotel is kind of old and not in a very good condition. I guess it is in the process of renovation and after that it will probably deserve more stars as everything else was great.

::I booked a bed in a 6 bed room and check-in was supposed to be at 15:00. I arrived early asking for food recommendations, but the staff said that my room was ready early AND that I had a free upgrade to an individual room. The room was perfect for solo travelers, the hotel was in a safe location, and the staff was incredibly kind. They also gave great recommendations on everything. I am so grateful to the people who work at this hotel for all that they did to make my Munich experience great. Location of the hotel is also top-notch. All around, the best experience I've had at a hotel in a long time.
