::I went to my family doctor to check for inflammation. He then referred me to Dr. Strongly referred. Reachability by telephone for an appointment is not the best, but that is known and something is expected to change soon. I got through after 20 attempts and got an appointment for the next day. It should be clarified 3 days before Easter how bad it is. Appointment 8:15 a.m. no 15 minute wait and Dr. Stark took care of my problem. Even though I was pain-free and my problem was not acute, I was operated on on site within an hour. Everything was a bit hectic, you have to organize transport in a short time, but that's not a problem. The operation went great and I had a follow-up appointment for the next day. The appointment was 9:30... I was on the way home again at 9:36. Less than 15 minutes in the practice. Unfortunately, I noticed too late that after an operation you get a note with the check-up date and the note that you should call again in the evening. However, I didn't see that until too late. A note when leaving the practice after the operation wouldn't be a bad idea. Many thanks to the entire practice team for the great work and quick help. Thanks

And then you want to cancel an appointment at 11:14 a.m., then the announcement comes that the practice is closed. Telephone appointments from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and no one answers. Do you have to understand that???

::Today I was visited by Dr. Kraus (OUS Schwabach) operated on the cruciate ligament on an outpatient basis in the MVZ and I have to say that the operation went very well! I felt very, very well looked after! The team was really nice, professional and incredibly well organized! Dr. Kraus is an absolute professional in what he does and exudes absolute competence and confidence. All worries and fears were blown away from day 1. If necessary, gladly again👍

::Actually, I was always satisfied. This time I had a miniscus operation, and after 4 months after another MRI, it turned out that she had forgotten to operate on my medial miniscus. She didn't cover herself with fame. Since I now have to have another operation on my knee, I now have an appointment in Neumarkt i.d.Opf in December.
