::In an acute case (I collapsed at night the day before, according to the gynecologist's findings with increased inflammation levels, which is why I should definitely go to the family doctor the next day) I was turned away by the lady on the phone. I sent the laboratory values that I had received from my doctor directly to the MZ. They didn't want to treat me there until I sent the file as a PDF file. The doctors themselves are friendly and competent. I would just be interested to know if you know what your receptionist is up to.

::Never have a gastrointestinal colonoscopy with this doctor again. Damaged my intestines with too much air. There wasn't even an apology. I would have an emergency operation on my intestines the next day. Now I can see how I can cope with my intestines. Can't recommend him more
