  I am totally upset. Card payment for chargeable services such as eye pressure measurement not possible, payment by transfer or subsequent cash payment refused. So made a new appointment and pocketed a lot of cash. OK. The practice is closed for the new date. Well, that may be due to the onset of winter. Called several times the next day, either busy signal or not answered. So the practice must have been manned. Call the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and the lady on the phone sighs ("In practice we often have problems"). However, there is a prospect of a recall by the practice. I'm still waiting for this one. Miss Dr. Batiutova may be a good doctor, but that doesn't help in such bad conditions. Zero points.

  I had an inflammation on my eye lid a few days ago and it is not getting better. So I went there today to have it checked. I had never been here before and I also didnt have an appointment. But they still accepted me, of course I had to wait for a while, but it made sense, first come first serve, there were some old people who were there before me. The people there are nice, even though my german is pretty bad (I am like A2 or something in German but I made it through). The doctor had a look and gave me a discription for some kind of creme and told me to go back if it does not get better. But I hope the creme will work.
