  As a relative, I have now been sitting in the car for 4.5 hours waiting for my wife, whom I dropped off at the MHH emergency room. She has now arrived at the eye clinic, where only one assistant doctor was on duty. Acted because he suddenly disappeared towards the ward and left the patients behind. As a dentist, my wife regularly held emergency services in her practice in Munich. Her last WhatsApp from the clinic said: "I've never experienced anything like this before" There is nothing to add.

  I went to the emergency room with my daughter and was treated quickly and professionally despite the huge rush of patients. The assistant doctors, nurses and doctors were very nice and competent. Of course you have to have time, because everyone who wants to be treated there as a patient wants to be treated properly and that includes time. Note: The people who treat other people there are only people, not machines. They also need a little time out (breaks) every now and then in order to be fully prepared for the next case. A big THANK YOU from us.‼️😍

  Thank you very much to the doctors and ward 47! It was a shame that, despite the introduction and the previously determined urgency (retinal detachment), I had to wait 6 hours for the consultation and so I couldn't have the operation until the next morning. Otherwise great! Transparency and good information before the operation, competent operation, committed assistant and senior doctors and patience and friendliness from the nurses on the ward (despite clearly noticeable constant stress due to the high volume).

  Presented to the eye clinic today as an emergency patient. My ophthalmologist referred me there. He wanted a second opinion. The waiting time was about 3 hours, 3 examinations during this time, which I think is completely fine. What wasn't right at all, however, was the doctor and his assistant doctor. I was neither allowed to finish speaking nor was I really listened to. Instead, I felt like I was being interrogated. I wouldn't go there a second time, I'm sure it was good from a professional point of view, but unfortunately not at all from a personal point of view.
