::My wife gave birth to my son here in December, 2021 and we have experienced excellent services. Especially thanks to the team of the midwifes Mrs. Kaiser, Mrs. Reinboth, Dr. Cojocaru and also the warm-hearted nurses in the stationary area who took care of us and made us feel like home. My wife could not have breads for her meals and the food order process with good options worked just seamlessly. We would highly recommend to all mothers and fathers.

::If you go to the emergency office, take a sleeping bag with you. Receptionist = unfriendly, 0% willing to work Waiting times = disaster (over 3 hours) Organization = no overview for nothing The only one who deserves a star is the doctor, she was very nice, competent and caring. The rest of them should eventually take another course to learn how to get in touch with patients.

::I was referred here to undergo a treatment; as they had availability to perform my operation. When I went into the operation, the doctors and nurses were all very kind. However, my post-op experience was garbage. After coming out of surgery, I am tired and in pain. The nurses on the floor came in and out of my room all night, laughing and talking loudly while attending to lady in the room with me. The next morning when the doctor came around to check on me, he never took the time to explain what I should expect during my healing process. Neither him nor the nurses told me what to do during my hospital stay, i.e. get up and walk around, lay and rest, etc. Yet, when my husband came to check on me and spoke with the doctor, the doctor lied to my husband, telling him that I ignored him and his staff when they came to check on me, and that I didn't get up and move around as I should have. I've never experienced anything like this from any medical institution that I have ever attended. When the doctor who's supposed to care for you, lies on you; takes it personal that you just had surgery and may not be the most talkative; and does not provide any information or guidance on your healing. In addition to this, I've had to go back and forth between this place and my insurance company; as the clinic kept sending medical bills for my procedures after my insurance issued them the payments. I later found out that this place never completed their portion to accept the payments that the insurance were issuing them. If you are German, you may not have any issues here. If not, find you another place to go so that you can receive some quality medical service.

::I gave birth here a week ago and was very happy with my experience. I was presented with options and a good understanding of what each option might mean every step of the way through the end. The midwife always came quickly if I needed help and was very supportive. During recovery the staff was equally kind and patient with my many questions and concerns as a first time mother. Ringing the bell for help always brought someone within five minutes or less. Obviously I clicked with some staff better than others and found some tips more helpful than others, but in total I was completely happy.

::I have the birth of my baby in medius klinikum. All the stuffs (doctors, nurses , mid wifes) were kind and helpful all the time. I think I did good choice to come here :-)
