::The worst service I have ever experienced at the pediatrician. Always busy or the system simply hangs up. Something like this forces you to go to the children's clinic because other pediatricians in the area are not accepting new patients. You are not allowed to have an emergency here.

::I've been trying to call for 55 minutes, then after 9 minutes I get hung up, after 5 minutes and after 3 minutes I get hung up. I've never had this happen to a doctor in my 35 years. Should they hire more people or buy more phones? they are lazy in my eyes. The medical association should take care of it or whoever is responsible for it.

::I have been at the gynecologist's practice for over 15 years. For a few years now it has been very difficult to get or cancel appointments. You should contact us again and describe it even though you've already called several times and said that you can't keep the appointment... it simply won't be accepted. Impossible. I will look for another practice.

::I made an appointment for 5 months and wanted to see a female doctor. Two weeks before the appointment I was called and given an ultimatum: I take my appointment with a male doctor or do I have to wait until the end of October. Despite having an appointment, I now have to wait 30 minutes. I have been a patient for years, but I will look for another practice. It's a shame ☹️

::I really recommend the gynecology practice in the MVZ. When it comes to preventive appointments, you may have to wait longer for an appointment, but once you're there, you'll be able to move forward without having to wait too long. You can also get an appointment very quickly if you have acute symptoms. The doctors I got to know were all friendly, sensitive and competent. Overall, I feel comfortable there and well looked after.
