  I give one point for the therapists, because they were friendly and also responded to questions from relatives. This clinic is not recommended. My father was there for about 6 weeks and came home in worse shape than he was. The nursing staff has a way of dealing with the sick patient, that is impossible, unfriendly and snippy. My father was given a nasogastric tube because of swallowing disorders, which he partially removed himself because, according to my father, it was a very uncomfortable feeling and the necessity was not really explained to him. It is easier to bandage your hands so that he cannot pull them. He still has major gripping problems today. He was only put on his own clothes when he was undergoing therapy, otherwise only a surgical shirt. Oral care was also performed only partially or not at all. The emergency bell was placed far enough away from the patient that my father could only make himself heard by calling. The nursing staff then shouted at him that he shouldn't yell around here ... how can he make himself noticeable when his hands are bandaged and he can't use the bell. I could list so much more ... It is very sad how sick people are treated there, who are actually there to regain a bit of quality of life, to make their lives worth living again.

  I would like to give 0 stars. Of course I can only talk about my experiences. But this rehab should be forbidden. Some sisters quit. We are so close to informing the clinic manager about such conditions. Patient after a heart attack and stroke (right side paralyzed) is in this rehab and is treated like cattle in German. Teeth are not brushed. She wore shirts for days without changing (here it was said that she would get a surgical shirt at night, but she said no). Hair is not combed. The plan is that someone always has to be with you when you eat, of course that doesn't happen. In general, the food is often pushed away and it is not her turn. Was then once complained why she did not eat. Then you pushed the plate out. She had problems with racing heart at night and pressed the red button. The night nurse thought it wasn't great and said that there would be revenge. Now you make her know that I have interrogated her. My dad calls her every morning, when she didn't answer, he tried it a second time, but she didn't answer even then. So he called the station and the nurse said "oh there someone is longing, not that he starts to cry right away". What is such a stupid answer? Every day she says she wants to get out of here but unfortunately she can't. She doesn't really eat anymore because of fear and dissatisfaction. I really advise everyone against going there. Our list is long, but to write all of this would be too much of a good thing.

  I am now totally insecure😢 on September 14th I am supposed to start my rehab, the reviews make me doubt they do not promise anything good

  One star is for the trap people who actually deserve 5 stars plus The rest can be thrown in the bin Food under all clean, nurses with a few exceptions, unfriendly and humiliating Some facilities and therapies are not designed for wheelchair users The bathroom is new but much too small. You can't turn around with a wheelchair Elevator got stuck with people several times !!!!!!! In summary, stay away from these rehab facilities !!!!!!!!!!!

  Here the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing! No agreements with patients or relatives and that after paraplegia! Especially here, the social service should improve its work A woman who should be transported lying down, because she is not allowed to sit too long, will be driven to Bad Tabarz in a seated wheelchair. Relatives will be informed four days before discharge that rehab will be terminated as there is no longer any potential I wish every employee in this facility, should he have to suffer such a stroke of fate in life, that he will benefit from exactly what he himself is willing to do for other people. The one star stands for the, unfortunately too few, people who really want to help, thanks to them.
