  Worst costumer service!!! It took them more than 2 months just to give me my money back for a defect notebook i had bought. It was only supposed to take a max of two or three weeks and after calling them multiple times they just kept postponing it. When i finally went there to get my money the incompetent employee accused me of still having some stuff (surface pen, cover) and to have not returned them although i am 100% certain i did. Instead of blaiming other people they should organize themselves better and learn a thing or two about customer service. Schlechtester Kundenservice ueberhaupt!!! Hatte mein Notebook nach mehrfachen Schaeden zur Reparatur bzw Rueckgabe abgegeben. Der Prozess dauerte mehr als 2 Monate und erst nachdem ich mehrmals angerufen hatte wurde der Abhol-termin immer weiter verschoben. Und als ich dann endlich die Gutschrift erhalten habe, hat mich der inkompotente Facharbeiter beschuldigt nicht alles (Surface pen, cover) abgegeben zu haben, obwohl ich das zu 100% getan hatte. Anstatt andere zu beschuldigen, sollten sie sich besser organisieren.

  Einfach nur TOP !!! Ohne Termin SOFORT dran gekommen, dann noch absolut Kulante und sehr schnelle Hilfe bekommen,... Apple IHR seit SUPER !!!!! DANKE

  A sufficient electronics store. It's easy to find in the mall with a large glowing sign and pointers all around the mall pointing to it. It's a little smaller than other Media Markts I've seen, but at the same time much bigger than other stores in the mall. They also have some cool tech to try out like an Oculus Rift or quite a few epic TVs. I did, however, notice that this one is a bit focused of larger home tech like washing machines or fridges. There was also a surprisingly large section with Blu-Rays. Still a neat place to visit.

  Almost every electronic device and accessories for them you can find here. They have good return policy and I had no problems with that.
