::Conscious peasant catching. Due to an advertisement of this broker at a real estate platform we arranged an appointment. The listing promised a house on 550 sqm of land in a specific location for a specific total price. At least that implied the big headline. The indication of the property size and the place are wrong indications of the broker! See image When demand came out that it is only a development house without land and there are no more land in the promised place. The buyer should first sign the purchase contract for a house and then he can look somewhere for a plot. Because at the land the broker earns nothing - own statement of the broker! , but he would like to help you to search for a house by the property. Luckily, I learned about this before the appointment and thus could better use my time.

::Unfortunately, I had a bad appointment here. I was supposed to buy a house without knowing a specific plot on which the house should / could be built. And that, despite the fact that everything depends on the actual plot of land (which Massa also advertised), I pointed out in particular in the preliminary talk.
