  The location and view from the room were really nice, but the rooms need renovation and a bit of an upgrade.

  Best location as best view but for sure this place needs renovation work for rooms and all amenities, beach is just a cross the road from the hotel. Great view of huge ships passing through the water canal.

  A disappointment unfortunately. This hotel is way too expensive for the service provided and it is also clearly showing signs of aging. The two people I interacted with at the reception were not in any way nice, which was not a good start. I’d say the room itself was ok, quite spacious with a balcony, but still not worth the daily rate. I’d recommend finding better quality pillows as well. The breakfast doesn’t open early enough, it should be open from 6 am on weekdays, not 6:30, since I payed a ludicrous price and didn’t even get to enjoy breakfast.

  We had an okay stay, but in our perspective, it is not "value for money". The hotel seems average, and the rooms is getting old. The food was just a completely normal buffet. However, the service in the hotel-restaurant was good.

  Great rooms, service, and amazing view over the beach from floor 7, though the elevators were slow and in the morning you had to wait 5 maybe even 10 minutes before getting an elevator with room in it, had to take the stairs 2 out of 3 times. Small detail bur a bit annoying, pool was good but water was a little cold. The breakfast had everything you can imagine (good pancakes) would get 5 stars if the elevators was quicker
