    Worst Reception i ever had.. Once you get into Hotel, get check in.. The receptionist will give your Room card, that's it.. No instructions nothing..The Hotel is good by itself it's just opposite of the the AirPort.. But be careful to the reception counter..

    I have experienced horrifying treatment, misleading and accusations by staff at Hanover Airport Hotel. On Sunday 11th of February 2024 I made a reservation via check24.de for accommodation at your Hanover Airport Hotel. Unfortunately, I have selected March instead of February. 1. Realizing this right after the payment, I called the hotel immediately. 2. I was asked to contact check24.de by your staff in this regards. 3. I have called check24.de, they said I have to sort it out with the hotel. 4. I called back to the hotel right away. The person on the phone was very kind to solve this, he rebooked my accommodation and assured me, that everything would be ok and that the new reservation dates (14-16.2.2024 instead of 14-16.3.2024 for two rooms) were “changed in our system.” Having no written affirmation of this change, due to a lack of feedback from your system, I have trusted that there will be no issues upon my arrival. Since I have had a pleasant experience with your services in the past. 5. On our arrival on February 14th, the receptionist was baffled and could not see our reservation for this date. 6. I have requested to talk to her supervisor, Mrs Harth. I was met with the most disgusting, condescending, and arrogant approach ever experienced. First of all, she could not see anything in the system and since I had no hard evidence, she was assuming that I was simply lying. 7. Upon calling the person who did the phone call with me (she found out who it was), we received only the answer that he “does not remember.” 8. During the first 2/3 of the situation, she was, to my amazement, literally laughing at our situation. I had to ask her to stop since I had never witnessed anything like this before. 9. After calling check24.de – we got an answer that “upon their request, the hotel did not accept the rebooking”. – here at least a clear sign and record that I have asked the service for rebooking. However, I have done the rebooking with the hotel directly afterward – which was now forgotten. 10. Furthermore, Mrs Harth concluded that since there is no hard evidence, we must pay for the accommodation again (plenty of rooms were available). I have never before in my life been mistreated this much by a hotel and a booking service, or the hotel staff to my eyes and by the phone. Accused of being a lier upon arrival as a cold welcome, taking payment without being able to reschedule after being lied to by unprofessional staff – I have decided to move to another hotel.     Perfectly located within the airport complex. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast could have better options but there is no betting this location when traveling around the area from Hannover airport as a base.

    Nice place and very convenient. Not all facilities were open, also one of the elevators was not working, according to other guests its been off for days. Restaurant service was done from the Bar which was also very inconvenient because the bar is not setup for comfortable dinner service. Also the menu was very limited.

    Stayed here for about 5 days for a business trip. The rooms are quite nice, spacious and clean and the hotel lobby must be one of the prettiest I've seen. The downsides are plenty though: very blant food, breakfast is the best meal of the day here, being near the airport is also a downside if you need anything from a store... Also the front desk service could do with some improvements. In summary I would recommend this hotel if you have any bit layovers, just grab the breakfast and go on your way...
