::Unfortunately, no zero stars go! She has already twice tried to sell me a higher postage than necessary and last time she stuck a note on the letter and wrote on it "not standard norm - customer request". Funny the letter was delivered with the note anyway! Something I've never experienced, apparently paid the post commission on postage and I as an online franker should always pay! Not even in an emergency I go to this branch !!
