  I am a regular customer and am always satisfied because they are always friendly and accommodating. It's great that the owner runs this shop and that a shop like this still exists! Lutz, keep it up! 👍🏻

  I came here twice because I thought that the first time you go, you might have a bad day and not be in a good mood, but you shouldn't show that to customers. But even on my second visit I was treated absolutely unkindly. I couldn't hand in my package because the way I wanted to send it would supposedly cost €30 shipping because it would be bulky. I send packages regularly and have never had any problems. I then took the package to the nearest parcel station and was able to hand it over without any problems. Absolutely no recommendation for this store.

  Absolutely unfriendly and totally overpriced. In the postal sector, the higher prices are often charged. If I could I would give 0 stars.
