  Good place with many LV stuff that hard to find other places. Friendly stuff though one have to avoid the peak hours to get good service . Many thanks to Silka as she has spent 2 hours with me and smiling to find the stuff I wanted

  The women staff here are very well trained an make you feel welcomed offer hot or cold drinks. I tried on a few garments the fit and feel was perfect as you would expect from this brand. Unfortunatly i had left my wallet in my hotel room and was unable to purchase this LV polo top, but the next time i visit this city i will try and make it there.

  As always LV is amazing. Too bad the hot stamping service is not available, was told that it would take 2-5 days to do depending on which s.a. you asked. It seems only 1 person in the store knew how to use the machine. This doesn't fit with the LV advertising that hot stamping is always available.

  I had the worst experience ever of all my visit to Louis Vuitton stores. I went in there and none of the employees went to say hi or ask if we were looking for something, we made it quite clear at we were looking at one particular product. It was not busy at all in the store and some of the employees passed us more than one time without doing anything. We kept waiting near the bag. One of the employees were looking at us like were was not supposed to be in the store. Then when I finally told an employee that I really would like to look at the bag she went to get the size smaller than what I asked for. Then when I told her that I would like to buy it after I tried it, she looked very surprised. After I told then I wanted to buy, the treatment and service were incredible. But I think it is very wrong to treat costumers bad until they decide that to buy a product. I will never ever shop in this store again.
