  Das Personal ist recht freundlich. Leider haben nur wenige Sachverstand von den Artikeln die verkauft werden. Dies gilt besonders für die Technikabteilung. Auch die Lage des Shops ist nicht gerade toll, Anfahrt nur von einer Strassenseite möglich, auch die Abfahrt ist nur in eine Fahrtrichtung möglich. Zu dem kommt noch das Ein.- und Ausfahrt zusammen sind und recht schmal, Berg ab zur Hauptstraße und sehr unübersichtlich sind. Die Auswahl an Artikel ist sehr umfangreich, gut und übersichtlich sortiert.

  Kompetente und geschulte Mitarbeiter die wissen was sie dem Kunden verkaufen. Der Service ist hier ausserordentlich stark, und die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich gehe hier gerne einkaufen.

  Great store. They have everything you need, and at good prices. They had a 20% sale starting the next day and they honored that for my purchase. I dealt with a young woman (quite pretty too...) the day before and the next day with a young man and Mr. Perl. All of them being very courteous, and they knew their products. I only needed gear for a single trip in Spain as I have two full sets (helmet, jacket & pants w/ protectors) back home in the US, and didn't want to spend much. Mr. Perl was knowledgeable and directed me towards the right helmet for my one time use. Since my family lives nearby I will actually come back here in the future the few times a year I make it to Germany for my regular purchases as they have a few things our US stores don't have (just as our US stores have stuff they don't have here). The only thing I was surprised about is that it doesn't seem common in Germany to use helmets with integrated bluetooth systems. I have a Nolan and Schuberth and they came with bluetooth built in at the store (in the US), but in Germany you have to install it yourself and it is not necessarily integrated but instead an aftermarket item that gets glued on.
