::Unfriendly! The older gentleman doesn't know the prices of the services offered and becomes insulting when you try to correct him. Specifically, I was there to send a maxi letter up to 500g with basic tracking. According to the DHL postage calculator this costs €2.75. However, the gentleman wanted €5.10 and didn't realize his mistake. Maximum incompetence!

::My local post office and frequently visited through work. Friendly owner who shares work with his even friendlier daughter. Even when there is a lot of traffic and a long line, you still have a kind word to say!

::Impossible incompetent condition. An expensive shipment (€75) was returned due to the error of the employees at this branch. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, we would have to pay an additional €30. The employee didn't let us finish, interrupted the whole time and didn't answer any questions. He also tried to serve the other customers at the same time and get rid of us quickly. We haven’t experienced a “service” like this for a long time. The employees at this branch need training in “dealing with customers” and a refresher on DHL basics/basic tasks.

::The post office looks very appealing and, in my opinion, is not cramped, on the contrary, everything is visible and tidy. I've never had to wait long. Both father and daughter are very hardworking, resilient and fast. So I definitely don't have to wait as long here as in other branches. They are always friendly and helpful. I recommend the post office to everyone and will always be a favorite, hence 5 full STARS.
