  Room was confortable and cozy, food was good, staff was polite. Internet connection is horribly unreliable and slow, especially on the 4th floor. Unacceptable, considering I was there on business.

  Good hotel, descent food, very good conference rooms for meetings. The most important aspect of this hotel in my opinion is the fact the windows can be opened. So the air in the rooms is not a hotel one, if you know what I mean.

  I have stayed almost 100 times at this hotel over the past 12 years and have nothing but positive to report. The personnel is exceptional, the rooms are clean and spacious. There was nothing missing and I highly recommend any leisure or business traveler to stay there - permitting that there is no major trade show in town. Five Stars.

  Pretty dang nice. My big complaint is that this is NOT a "free airport shuttle" at all hours or even convenient hours. We arrived at 4pm on a weekday and were told by the front desk that the shuttle runs only twice or so a day - 9am and 630pm. So we'd have to wait 2.5hrs at the airport or eat a $15 cab ride. Bummer. It's actually walkable to the hotel if you don't have baggage though. This was made up for by the very clean rooms, good staff and the excellent sauna. I wouldn't pay more than $150 tops for this hotel but it was worth that money. Nice lobby and bar too.

  Very nice hotel in the vicinity of Dusseldorf airport. Just at 5 minutes distance. If you want to walk from airport, you can take direct foot over bridge which ends near the stair of the hotel. Nice restaurants inside the hotel. Rooms are very very good. On TV you can enjoy programs, shows in multiple languages and from different countries.
