  Very slow internet and due to that impossible to work here. If you want faster speed you have to pay extra. Staff tries to help but unfortunately unprofessional policies by hotel management in place: window cannot be opened even though the room is smelly due to faulty air conditioner. Only option is to change rooms which likely has the same smelly air conditioner....not exactly the service you expect at a 4 star hotel.

  I accidentally booked a room in this hotel at 10 pm paying by cc autatically. As soon as I realized it, I called the reception in 10 minutes to explain the situation and asking comprehension and the possibility to cancel the room. No chances! They charged me 450 euros for a room I didn't want or need. Kindest people ever met! AM

  Really big room, very clean, comfortable beds. . High quolity hotel, with perfect staff, and service . Good breakfast. The only surprise was that I could not eat anything, even easy sandwich, after 10pm. At such quolity hotel it should be possible. Rest is perfect.

  Prima. All in buffet savonds Redelijk Duits samengesteld ;) ondanks congres hotel. Maar zeer ruime keuze aan van alles tot aan desert toe. Eveneens ochtend buffet ruime diverse keuze aan eetwaren incl diverse yoghurt. Kamers prima soms wat warm verwarming dus even wat omlaag schroeven zelf.

  We stayed at this hotel on three different occasions. Beautiful entrance and good breakfast. Staff is helpful. Rooms might need a bit of interior update, but are spacious and clean overall. Great view of Düsseldorf in every room.
