  War über mehrere Jahre Kunde und hab dort viele hundert Euro gelassen. Innerhalb des letzten Jahres hat die Zuverlässigkeit leider extrem nachgelassen. Die Qualität entsprach nicht den Angaben, Lieferungen erfolgten nicht vollständig, Anfragen wenden kundenunfreundlich behandelt. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde ich gebeten nichts mehr zu bestellen. Das soll für mich in Zukunft nicht das Problem sein!

  Zwei Mal dort etwas bestellt, Qualität der Bücher war hervorragend, Preis mehr als günstig und versendet selbst auf Rechnung.

  Very strange approach. Will sometimes sell you books and sometimes not. I made two deals for books which arrived, on the third occasion my order was cancelled without any explanation. When I inquired the reason why, the off handed response was because I was not in the Euro zone. Yet, we had already completed two previous deals shortly before. It seems this seller will only sell you his books depending on which side of the bed he gets out of in the mornings. Furthermore, I also told him I had no problem paying for extra postage cost due to my third order being a bulk order ( Germany to UK ) as I would not expect him to be out of pocket, I received no reply back Very peculiar so called dealer.
