  I'm not talking directly about the branch or the employees here. However, Volksbank is absolutely not recommended. Online banking never works the way you want it to, which is a shame these days. I'm now at another bank. This please good service and online banking has NEVER caused any problems.

  Unfortunately, I had to notice again and again that the employees in the branch didn't seem to want to work. I wanted to close my account today and asked if it was possible at the counter or if I needed an appointment. With the request, if I need an appointment, please give me an appointment. Unfortunately the employee was unable to do this. On the contrary, at first she said I should please finish a 3-liner. I said no and asked for an appointment. The answer was that she couldn't do that because she was actually in another branch. I should please come to the counter tomorrow between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Funnily enough, the branch is also open today from 9-12. So I just don't understand it. This has nothing to do with service and this is not how you treat your customers. If I let my customer run like that, I would certainly no longer have any customers in a short while. Sad really sad.

  I've been waiting for new access data for my online banking for 3 weeks. With other banks I have this within 24 hours or faster. Invoices and reminder costs are piling up. It's very annoying when you can't service a home loan because of something like that

  Get your technique under control. It's getting annoying! You have to deposit money and nothing works.
