  I would have liked to have canceled my appointment today - but an employee would have to be willing to answer the phone. Out of 5 calls between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. there was none!!!

  No proper service time for employed people, the statement printer is constantly (very often) broken. On the weekend at the end of the month. The bank should be closed completely. Take the Sparkasse as a role model

  Service, unfortunately, is only an issue of the past. Today, for almost all matters, you are referred to the ATM or online.

  Don't give one star for this advice center! Because they don't care about the law and they justify the rejection of a basic account for everyone with their guidelines. Apparently these guidelines are above the law!? Negative Schufa is not a reason for this basic account to be rejected! Unfortunately I had to give it one star because I wasn't allowed to post a comment otherwise. The STAR is not deserved!!!!!!!(nice first review)
