::The best Hotel in Hamburg!!! Had an amazing experience. A surprisingly excellent and unique Bar and a very good restaurant(not my Typ of food but pretty good). Agents at the Front desk are always there to help and with a smile on their faces. Also got some really good tips of what to do in Hamburg during my stay here. The Room I got was an executive type and was just memorable, what a view!!! And with all the amenities you can wish for. Overall was just an amazing experience and can't wait to be back.

::Excellent hotel in the heart of Hamburg. Well appointed rooms, an attentive staff and a prime location. Rooms are well designed with comfortable beds. Very clean. Recommended!

::The hotel is great. Conveniently located near the train station and a nice walk to the city center. The lake view rooms offer spectacular views to a very nice lake. Rooms were quite nice and modern. Comfortable bedding and chairs. Breakfast was really good with excellent quality. Covid-wise, everyone acted responsibly so that’s a plus for me. I had a complementary room upgrade which was quite nice. The room had both a bathtub and a shower cabinet. Staff was very friendly and professional. One draw back is that the hotel had no room service and the only available restaurant was extremely expensive for a regular day dinner. So your only option will be to walk out for food.
