  I Would give 5 stars if the Restaurant was up to speed, unfortuantly we had a bad experience with a one hour waiting time (we left as my temper is quite high after waiting one hour)But for sure I Will come back, this is one of the most relaxing hotels I ever visited in Europe. 5 stars for the area, city, and the hotel (without the restaurant.)Look forward till next time then the restaurant, and waiters are up to speed😉By the way, the Swan, is very friendly and polite so go give him/her some bread and company:) Ps. The Spa area I give 4 stars -5 stars if the small “need to fix” issues is solved next time I visit.🚰🛁💦💦

  Wow! Amazing hotel! Excellent location, big rooms, awesome restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, incredible staff. Loved it... See you next week!
