The coffee / latte macchiato was super tasty and the service was very nice, accommodating and also explained the coffee roasting machine to us and our daughter. ::Unfortunately, I can't share your enthusiasm. When I was looking for good coffee in Kühlungsborn, I was happy to find a roastery. I thought that if you could get a good espresso or cappuccino anywhere, it would probably be at a roastery. Unfortunately, it was not like that. I ordered a cappuccino. If necessary, it would have been better to order pure espresso. The cappuccino tasted watery, which was most likely due to the milk. Without knowing it, I would guess 1.5%, based on the taste and how it looked when foamed. But the coffee in the cappuccino also tasted bad somehow. Bland, little flavor. I also bought 250g of the house espresso. It's ok, a little too coarsely ground for my portafilter machine. Taste-wise, manageable. Sure, I could have ground the coffee myself. Of course I'll try there again next time! One visit does not make statistics. 😊

::Amazing coffee and the atmosphere. Such good espresso I haven't tried for a long time. Friendly owner. Definitely one of the places I recommend visiting in Kuhlungsborn.
