::I have from 6.5. -10.5.19 participated in educational leave "Refueling in the power of nature". This week was a special experience for me. In addition to relaxation exercises for me were especially the Breathwalkeinheiten sustainable impact. Our seminar leader Ms. Altendorf had a wonderful and special way to make the exercise units of walking, conscious breathing, attention exercises and body awareness work on us participants. Meanwhile, the Breathwalking has become an integral part of my life and I thank Ms. Altendorf, have changed my life so positive into positive.
