  Absolutely incompetent team... I was repeatedly brushed off with irrelevant arguments... I will soon consider switching to another bank.

  After I asked Google, I found that I could easily return and change any common currency at any Sparkasse branch. When I asked at this savings bank, I was unable to change my Polish zloty. Was referred to a bank in Bremen that charges a lot of fees and has a poor exchange rate. Thanks for nothing. If you can't keep your promises on the website, then take it down from the website.

  Worst bench I've ever seen. I've been trying to pay my little money through the coin machine for 2 weeks now. Every time it is supposedly out of order. They just want the man at the counter to deposit the money so they can deduct even more. The account will also be canceled next week. Never again savings bank

  I wanted to cancel two old savings accounts. During the first visit, the (apparently only) employee with the necessary authority could not be reached, but the documents were presented to him, so that I "just have to sign quickly at an appointment in 2 weeks". I was a little surprised at how much effort it would take to close the account. At the appointment two weeks later, the employee in question still hadn't deleted my savings accounts and couldn't be reached. I was able to avoid an invitation to a third appointment by pointing out that I would take a vacation day each time and drive a bit. We therefore agreed to submit the signatures by post. Conclusion: This branch cannot be recommended. When closing an account involves such a cumbersome process, the fish stinks.
