  Since my house bank is not there, I went to the KSK in Lustnau because I wanted to change money. But I was refused because I don't have an account at the bank. With this understanding of service, the acquisition of new customers is certainly problematic.

  Unfriendliness is written high here ... would rather dubious credit institutions prefer to enter this branch again

  Unbelievable not to put into words how unfriendly the older lady with glasses is at the counter. No expertise! Spank some nonsense of money-shedding therefore! After a short search completely nonsense! The reviews here are accurate! Such employees are the reasons why I will turn my back on the KSK in the near future.

  In our opinion the most unfriendly branch in the area between Lustnau and Tübingen! The at Lustnauer gate and at the Neckarbrücke are ok! Why is there still not likely here since the branch still does not exist a banking terminal for transfers, etc? this fact alone limits the rating to a maximum of 2.5 points Lustnau may be a district of Tübingen but if you look at the population development and traffic here is now here felt a small town for themselves! Here in the store in Lustnau: the lady on the only busy counter phone 5-10 minutes while slowly forming a queue behind it and in the rear area the employees are not very interested in the customers! you say well then we wait patiently without a comment as you finally served it goes on with agony .... even if you have to do something at the counter at least once a year, you always meet unfriendly and disinterested employees! With us already 3 times in a row in 2.5 years 2 times with the same lady! All coincidence or is it the customer's dear reader / judge you even after reading this ... especially a slightly older employee lady named (Fr.Lei or loan the exact name I could not learn) seems to us especially after personal pleasure and or origin and appearance one or two times sometimes less interested and friendly to serve! We honestly ask ourselves as long-term residents here and long-standing customers with all contracts and loans what keeps the district savings banks administration of such employees?

  Difficult for the handicapped. Often long waiting times as there is only one counter. The staff is not helpful for people with walking difficulties, but rather unfriendly.
