::One can undoubtedly argue about the performance of the Sparkasse, but I have always been satisfied so far. A customer for 26 years now and from the first Knaxx savings account to financing your first own car to real estate financing, everything has gone smoothly so far. The customer service was always friendly and you could solve problems quickly and unbureaucratically.

::At first I was given nice and competent advice. I wanted to change an account because I moved no problem they told me to inform the creditors would not be a problem that you would do everything at the same time only costs extra. It was then, but unfortunately no date was given from when the creditors can debit the new account. Now my old account has been closed, the new one writes minus payments and chargebacks which I also have to pay and I can no longer get my money at the moment.
