  Unfortunately, the branch is now just an ATM. No more service. The ladies at the counter were always friendly and helped wherever they could, but it is not advisable to give advice on money, investments and insurance. An independent financial advisor is recommended, I've always done better with that and they were pretty horrified at the nonsense (I only use this word because the appropriate word isn't allowed here) that this savings bank was telling me when it came to building savings and insurance have. It is better to get independent advice.

  Why can't I deposit any more money? Isn’t that exactly what a bank is there for?

  Employees were polite and tried very hard. Ambience and opening times could be better.

  If you call to get information, you wait forever, if not indefinitely, and are then referred to an ignorant employee at a Munich headquarters. It's better not to go there without calling first, as times change and the cash register often closes without the customer knowing.

  After many years, I needed some advice, and you wouldn't believe it, sometimes they're even open. Unfortunately never at the time that suits me. I'll now look for an online bank, I'll be better off there.
