::I had a problem with a PayPal transaction and went to the branch in Sauerlach where I have been a customer for almost 20 years. I was immediately helped by a very, very nice bank employee and explained everything in detail Friendliness that I have never experienced in a bank branch before. In general, the staff is very friendly and can handle any problem. I am completely satisfied there and can recommend the Sparkasse branch 100%. Many thanks to all employees at the Sauerlach branch. ::I can't believe what we've experienced here. As of today I can say with certainty where the biggest service desert is. In the middle of Sauerlach! Shortly before Christmas, my mother, who is over 80 years old, wanted to close her deposit account here. Unfortunately, we forgot to take the savings account with us. An employee has already filled out all the documents and received the landlord's consent letter. When I wanted to bring the savings book over, it turned out that all of these documents had disappeared and the employee no longer worked there. I was stunned that documents would disappear in a bank in times of scans. They then agreed to write to the landlord themselves and explain the circumstances. I don't want to explain all this back and forth at length. The fact was, if we hadn't gotten involved ourselves, we still wouldn't have the money. I think everyone can imagine what that means for an old lady who lives on her small pension and what kind of excitement it means, except for these bank employees. At times it was even claimed that it could be that we hadn't brought the documents over at all. That was really the pinnacle! Today I accompanied my mother there again with the now complete documents. There was NO apology, nothing! The branch manager walked past us, literally stared at us and didn't even say hello. Well, you know where this attitude comes from. At least we were offered a place behind a room divider. Of the two seats, one was filled with a private bag. Probably because the office cat (!) was sleeping on the remaining desk chair. Well, fortunately we have concluded a deal with this bank and dear head office, if you ever want to close a branch again, I have a very hot tip, because the customer service here is underground. -1 star for this bank :-((
