  Mrs. Gartzke from Filliale Sankt Augustin showed yesterday why you should use KSK Cologne as your house bank. You can get this service from your trusted bank. I forgot to write the account details when making a transfer. This employee called me at home about it. THAT'S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. My heartfelt thanks for that.
